JobCard Pro is a product of Tenzari Solutions, a South African business run as a sole proprietorship. In these terms, we and Tenzari mean Tenzari Solutions, and you means the business that signs up.
JobCard Pro is online software for service businesses: customers, quotes, job cards, invoices, team assignments, checklists, photos and sign-off. It needs an internet connection.
Prices are in South African rand and are charged per user per month. The price and whether VAT is included are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by PayFast. The subscription renews every month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@tenzari.co.za. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.
Your business is the responsible party for the personal information of your customers under the Protection of Personal Information Act. Tenzari acts as your operator: we store it only to run JobCard Pro for you, keep it confidential, protect it with encrypted connections and encrypted storage, and do not use it for any other purpose.
Each job can hold up to 6 photos. Photos are removed 90 days after a job is marked paid, or one year after a job was made if it is never paid. Download the PDF report if you need to keep the photos. Signatures and job details stay until you delete them.
You can export your jobs at any time from the Menu. After your subscription ends and a reasonable period has passed, we delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Use the service lawfully and keep your logins private. We may suspend an account that is used to break the law or attack our systems.
We take care to run a reliable service but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Documents you create, including tax invoices and any certificates, are your responsibility: check them before you send them. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months, to the extent the law allows.
